Returns & Exchanges

At Something Went Wrong, we believe perfection is overrated, but your satisfaction isn't. If your order isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items in their original condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
